Relatively little is known about the extent and nature of conflict-induced internal displacement in Ethiopia, which receives little attention and with figures of IDPs inconsistently reported.  

This report aims to explore the issues faced by internally displaced people in more detail using information gathered by IDMC during a fact-finding mission in 2007
