The IDP Profiling Guidance was developed in an inter-agency process led by the Norwegian Refugee Council’s Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) and OCHA’s Displacement and Protection Support Section (DPSS), with support from UNHCR. The guidance is available in English and French.
