The event which will explore significant costs of the decade long conflict which has resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, the displacement of millions internally and across borders, 4.8 million children born into war with an estimated 1 million children living as refugees in neighbouring countries, constrained humanitarian access, and the destruction of the Syrian economy, key infrastructure, and social fabric.
The event will explore what this means for durable solutions and the many consequences that will be felt for decades to come.
The event coincides with the launch of World Vision's Too high a price to pay: The Cost of Conflict for Syria's Children report which explores the significant costs of the Syrian conflict and what this means for children now and in the future.
